Villa Ohana is a holiday home on Lanzarote, set in a flowering garden on the hillside of Oasis de Nazaret near Teguise, with sweeping views across the volcanic landscape to the sea – and on clear days all the way to Fuerteventura. The pool is solar-heated and has steps as well as a shallow and a deeper area. Here you will find complete peace and quiet: the terrace and pool cannot be seen from outside, and with several seating areas you have sun and shade at every time of day. On the roof, our own solar system produces more electricity over the year than the villa uses.
Bedrooms: The two large double rooms with round bay windows and island views each have their own en-suite shower room and their own air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds; its shower room is right next door off the hallway.
Families welcome: Children are very welcome. Pets, parties and events are unfortunately not possible, and the villa is non-smoking.

A perfect villa
Fabulous villa, fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday and lovely views of surrounding hills and the coast. Villa was spotless on arrival and cleaned again during our stay (thank you Loli). Great pool cleaned twice a week (thank you Jasper) and solar heated to a nice temperature. Nice welcome pack of “essentials” and plenty of toilet rolls, bin bags, washing pods etc which are often neglected by villa owners. Great location for seeing the island, or just staying put and relaxing. Also great communication from the host, Marne. Overall, a perfect villa and thoroughly recommended.

We felt very much at home
Dear Benedetti family, we felt very much at home at Villa Ohana. The house is tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was there. There was even wine and some tasty things to eat waiting for us on arrival. Add to that the wonderful view of the distant sea from the terrace. Villa Ohana is the best house we have stayed in during more than 20 years of holidays! A dreamlike setting with panoramic views over half the island. Quietly located. A warm pool. Two separate, beautiful bedrooms. Very well equipped. Friendly hosts. We would have loved to simply stay there. A place to linger and to live.

Key handover without any problems
The key handover by email went completely smoothly. The contact with the landlord was very friendly. The house is very well equipped. A basic supply of groceries was waiting on arrival. We felt at home and will gladly come back.

Perfect in every way. Great hosts. Superb value. Stylish. Charming. Spotless. TOP maintenance. Gorgeous location…fabulous views, short easy drive to sights (Teguise, cliffs of Famara and so much more within 15 minutes drive), shopping and beaches (Costa Teguise, Famara are both close), quiet select neighbourhood. Bright lights airy rooms, each window framing another perfect view. Beautiful terraces and large warm pool. Plenty of quality outdoor furniture. Shade and sun all day long. Lovely BBQ area. mature, beautiful gardens. Great cooks kitchen…everything you could possibly need. Generous welcome pack. TOP housekeeping and pool cleaning during stay. Excellent off road parking.
Great TV selection for a cooler evening. Books and games. We absolutely LOVED it here and would return in a flash… Anything we didn´t like? Bed was a bit soft for our taste but each to their own and it certainly didnt detract from any enjoyment.

The living area has an HD TV and a music system, and from the sofa the view reaches all the way to Fuerteventura. The indoor dining area looks out over the mountains and the flowering front garden.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and everything you need for cooking.
Wi-Fi is free. Behind the house you will find the laundry room with washing machine and clothes lines.
In front of the house there is a second dining area under the pergola, overlooking the pool, the lava landscape and the sea – as far as Arrecife, where the cruise ships come and go. Next to it, the covered lounge is the perfect place to relax.
The pool house has more seating and water toys for the pool. Beach essentials are ready for your trips to the sea.
To the right of the pool, a few steps lead down to the built-in barbecue in a sheltered courtyard.
The large front garden is planted with cacti, agaves and native trees.
Behind the house there is another garden and parking. A wallbox for electric cars can be used free of charge by prior arrangement.
On arrival, a welcome pack with wine, a few groceries and the essentials for your first days is waiting for you. For stays of 12 days or more, the villa is cleaned during your stay (mid-stay cleaning).

Villa Ohana produces its own electricity: a 6.5 kWp solar system works on the roof. In 2025 it generated 11.48 MWh, about 1.75 times the villa’s annual consumption. The pool is also heated by the sun, and electric cars can be charged free of charge at the wall box after prior arrangement.

Around Nazaret and Teguise you can ride and hike between volcanic landscape and sea. We like to set out from the villa ourselves: to Mancha Blanca, back through the lava field via San Bartolomé, or to the coast at Famara and Arrieta. The rides to Mancha Blanca and Famara are moderate, the one to Arrieta is demanding. Your bikes can be stored securely with us.

How do I get to the villa?
The villa is about 17 minutes by car from Lanzarote airport and about 10 minutes from Arrecife. We recommend a rental car. There is parking at the house.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Check-in is straightforward.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Occasionally a shorter stay is possible; just ask us.
Are children and pets allowed?
Children are very welcome. Pets, parties and events are unfortunately not possible; the villa is a non-smoking house.

The villa is sheltered from the wind in Oasis de Nazaret, just a few minutes’ walk from LagOmar. Arrecife is about 10 minutes away by car, the airport around 17 minutes. From here you can quickly reach the whole island – the Sunday market in Teguise, the beaches of Costa Teguise and Famara or the coves of Papagayo in the south.
